"....Leaving Coromandel on a wet windy day my mate attached my 459 pontoon boat onto the voyager trailer but only rested it on the ball.Half way through coromandel the boat bounced off and the bow crashed through my rear window of the forrester.I drove back to Rotorua at the safe speed of 70ks because of trailer and road noise. % ks from home I was pulled up by a cop and issued a ticket for impeding traffic,despite the fact I had allowed traffic to pass wherever possible.The fine was $150.I decided to defend the charge in Court.After a second appearance the Police requested leave of the Court to withdraw the charges.Just goes to show we can win some of them..."
